Our traditional overnight service includes 12 hours of dedicated care from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Depending on your pet’s needs, you may choose overnight care inside your own home with a trusted Zen staff member, premium owner-provided care with Chris, or an exclusive stay at the Zen House.
Throughout the stay, you’ll receive plenty of photos and detailed, personality-filled captions so you can see how your pet is eating, playing, relaxing, and settling in. These aren’t generic check-in messages—they are thoughtful updates that help you feel connected and confident while you’re away.
